Special treatment for Spunlace Fabric

We usually add some agent during the production of spunlace, so that the fabric has a special performance which can used in different field.

Nowadays Hangzhou Non wovens Limited has the following special treatment for customer's requirement:

1) Antibacterial Spunlace Non woven Fabric: to add the anti-becterial agent.- We usually use BASF brand antibaterial agent.

Because this fabric is usually used for high-clean wiping work, this agent is to inhibit growth of bacteria within the cloths.

2)Flame Retardant Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric: to add the fire retardant agent.

We have produced this spunlace with fire retardant treatment(3rd grade), it is usually for filter and automobile usage.

It is usually coming into a black or green color.

3)Water-repellency Spunlace Non woven Fabric: add water-repellency agent.

For some medical use, such as surgical gown, it must be required that the fabric is not absorbent.

When the fabric has viscose or wood pulp content, we need to add the water-repellency agent.

It is a wide used agent for this.

4)Hydrophilc Spunlace Non woven Fabric: add Hydrophilc agent.

100% polyester spunlace fabric is a cheap choose, as the viscose is expensive and polyester fiber is more soft.

But polyester is not absorbent water, here we can add Hydrophilc agent, so that customers can get a soft and cheap fabric with good absorbent.
